Welcome to the website of T's Trees and Landscaping. By accessing this site or hiring our tree care services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Tree Service Quotes & Scopes of Work
All written estimates specify the exact trees, branches, stump grinding parameters, chip disposal options, and cleanup commitments agreed upon. Any additional work or unforeseen tree interior decay discovered during climbing operations will be documented and approved in writing prior to execution.
2. Safety Protocols & Power Lines
Safety is our top priority. We adhere to ANSI Z133 safety standards for arboricultural operations. If a tree or limb is in direct contact with high-voltage utility lines, tree work will not commence until Florida Power & Light (FPL) or the governing utility has inspected and de-energized or cleared the electrical hazard.
3. Weather & Storm Conditions
In Southwest Florida, afternoon lightning storms, severe squalls, and tropical cyclone warnings present immediate aerial climbing hazards. Operations may be temporarily paused or rescheduled when active lightning is detected within 10 miles of the work zone to protect climber safety.
4. Insurance & Liability Coverage
T's Trees and Landscaping maintains comprehensive commercial general liability insurance ($2,000,000 policy limit) and statutory workers' compensation coverage. Formal Certificates of Insurance (COI) naming property owners or HOA associations as additional insureds are available upon request prior to mobilization.
